Zinerge / Connected expertise
The right technology. Connected to the right problem.
A useful stack brings your data, workflows and customer experience together. Explore the building blocks we can bring into a project, and the decisions behind their selection.

Explore the stack
Built around the work.
Filter by capability. These are technology options, not a requirement to adopt every platform. The final stack depends on your existing systems, delivery scope and operating needs.
AI & intelligence
OpenAI API
Language and tool-enabled applications. We scope document assistance, structured extraction and support workflows around evaluation cases, permissions and human review.
Official documentation for OpenAI API ↗Automation
n8n
Workflow orchestration across business systems. We map triggers, transformations and exception routes so an automation has clear owners and a recoverable failure path.
Official documentation for n8n ↗Engineering
Python
Data processing, API services and task automation. Useful when a workflow needs custom logic, repeatable evaluation or handling that goes beyond a visual integration.
Official documentation for Python ↗Engineering
TypeScript
Typed JavaScript for application interfaces and services. We use explicit data contracts to make evolving customer journeys and connected APIs easier to maintain.
Official documentation for TypeScript ↗Digital experiences
React
Component-based interfaces for products and portals. We organise the interface around reusable interactions, accessible states and clear loading, error and empty views.
Official documentation for React ↗Digital experiences
WordPress & ACF
Editable publishing and modular content structures. We build reusable page sections, editorial templates and content relationships so the team can publish without rebuilding layouts.

WooCommerce
Commerce on WordPress. We connect product discovery, checkout, order communication and store operations to the customer journey and the realities of fulfilment.
Official documentation for WooCommerce ↗Data & operations
PostgreSQL
Relational storage for application data and reporting. We plan the data model, access rules, backups and migration approach around the information your service actually needs.
Official documentation for PostgreSQL ↗Data & operations
Docker
Containerised application environments. We use repeatable runtime configuration to make development, testing and deployment more consistent, with hosting and monitoring agreed in scope.
Official documentation for Docker ↗Design & growth
Figma
Interface design and shared prototypes. We explore user journeys, components and visual direction before implementation, with feedback tied to the decisions a visitor needs to make.

Google Analytics
Website event measurement. We define meaningful conversion events and reporting questions, then implement measurement in line with your consent configuration and access requirements.

HubSpot
CRM and connected marketing workflows. We plan lead capture, lifecycle fields and handoffs so an enquiry reaches the right person with the context needed to respond.
Official documentation for HubSpot ↗A stack is only as strong as its connections.
A model can draft a response. A workflow can move a record. A website can capture an enquiry. The useful system is the one that connects those steps with the right context, permissions and responsibility.
We begin by mapping what already exists: where information enters, who owns it, which systems depend on it and what happens when something goes wrong. That map guides the technology choices. Sometimes the best improvement is a focused integration. Sometimes a custom application is justified. Sometimes the first job is to clean up the data.
We agree the trade-offs before implementation: licensing, hosting, running costs, maintainability and the skills your team will need. Platform selection is part of the brief, not a substitute for it.
From a shortlist to a working system.
Understand
Document users, existing platforms, data flows and constraints. Define the outcome before selecting tools.
Prove
Use a focused prototype and representative test cases to challenge assumptions early.
Connect
Build the integrations, permissions and exception handling needed for the complete journey.
Operate
Agree monitoring, documentation, ownership and the process for future changes.
Technology decisions, explained.
Do we have to replace our current tools?
No. We first assess whether your existing platforms can support the outcome. Replacements are proposed only where the benefits and migration effort are clear.
How do you choose an AI model?
We define representative tasks, evaluate output quality and review cost, latency, data handling and integration needs. The choice can change as evidence emerges.
Who owns the accounts and data?
Account ownership, access, hosting and handover are agreed in the proposal. We recommend business-owned production accounts with role-based access.
Are these official partnerships or certifications?
This page describes technology options for delivery. It does not claim vendor certification or partner status.
Let’s choose a useful next step.
Bring the problem, the constraints and the ambition. We will help you shape a practical brief.
