Prepare your content before the build

Start by listing the decisions each page must help a visitor make. Then gather the evidence and assets needed to support those decisions: service scope, process, examples and clear next steps.

Assign one owner to each piece of content. Agree who can approve facts, pricing and project claims. Collect original image files and record where you have permission to use them. Avoid leaving essential copy until the final week.

Test the draft on a small screen. Long headings, dense tables and ambiguous link labels become more obvious there. A useful content review asks whether someone can understand the offer, find the relevant detail and take the next step without assistance.
