The problem

Wonderful food, loyal regulars, empty Tuesdays. Instagram was updated "whenever there was time" — roughly twice a month. The website was a PDF menu that didn't open on iPhones.

What we did

  • One-week Presence site: menu as fast-loading pages, booking widget front and centre, Google Maps one tap away.
  • Signal engine: the owners send raw phone videos of dishes each week using our 10-minute shot list; we turn them into 20 posts + 4 Reels monthly, posted at optimal times.
  • Google Business Profile: weekly posts, all reviews answered within 24h, dish photos refreshed monthly.
  • Seasonal offer funnels: a Valentine's set-menu email/SMS campaign to their (previously unused) booking list.

The results (4 months)

  • Instagram reach up 9×; two Reels passed 100k views locally.
  • Bookings up 62%, with Tuesday–Thursday covers up 41%.
  • Valentine's campaign sold out both seatings in 5 days — 100% from email/SMS, zero ad spend.
"People arrive already knowing what they want to order — they've seen it on Instagram. We just cook."
