What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. We use cookies sparingly and only where they have a clear purpose.

Cookies we use

• Essential (always on): WordPress session cookie for the admin area only. Not set for visitors.
• Theme preference: stores your light/dark mode choice in browser localStorage (technically not a cookie). Cleared when you clear browser data.
• Analytics (opt-in): anonymised page-view data via a privacy-respecting analytics provider. No cross-site tracking, no advertising IDs.

What we don’t use

No Google Analytics with default settings. No Facebook Pixel. No third-party ad networks. No fingerprinting. No “marketing automation” tracking scripts.

How to opt out

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking cookies won’t break the site.
