2. What we collect
- Contact form submissions: name, email, company, phone (optional), and the message you send.
- Newsletter subscriptions: email address only.
- Analytics: anonymised page-view data via privacy-respecting analytics (no cross-site tracking).
- Server logs: IP address, browser, timestamp — retained 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
3. Why we collect it
Contact data is used to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the engagement. Newsletter data is used to send The Briefing. We don’t profile, segment, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
4. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing. Email privacy@zinerge.co.uk with your request. We respond within 30 days.
5. Retention
Contact form submissions: 30 days unless you become a client (then per engagement contract). Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: 14 months. Server logs: 30 days.
