Definitions
"Zinerge", "we", "us" refers to Zinerge Limited. "Client", "you" refers to the business engaging our services.
Services & scope
Services are delivered per the agreed written proposal for each engagement.
Payment terms
Builds: 50% deposit to start, balance due at launch (builds over £2,000 may be split into 3 monthly payments). Retainers are collected by Direct Debit.
Retainer terms
Retainers run for a minimum 3-month term, then roll monthly with 30 days' notice to cancel.
14-day guarantee
Every build includes a 14-day fix-anything guarantee after launch, covering defects against the agreed specification.
Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide content, timely approvals and any necessary access required to deliver the project on schedule.
Intellectual property
The client owns all deliverables upon full payment. Zinerge retains rights to its underlying framework, tooling and methodology.
Third-party services
Some deliverables rely on third-party platforms (hosting, payment processors, email providers); their own terms apply.
Liability limits
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement, to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate per the notice periods set out above or in the signed proposal.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
