By using Zinerge services you agree not to:

• Use our services to build, deploy, or train systems that violate the law of England and Wales.
• Use our services to produce CSAM, harass individuals, generate non-consensual intimate imagery, or build mass-surveillance systems.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically copy content from zinerge.co.uk.
• Resell, repackage, or rebrand our free downloads or tools without written consent.
• Use our free tools at industrial volume (more than ~100 requests/hour from a single IP). Contact us for paid API access.
• Use our brand, logo, or “Zinerge” name in a way that implies partnership or endorsement without our written consent.

Enforcement

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for any user who breaches this policy. For serious breaches we will report to relevant authorities.
