We deployed our retention loop system: AI-personalised drip emails triggered by behaviour, a churn prediction model, and a win-back agent. We also rebuilt segmentation in Klaviyo from scratch.

Within two quarters, repeat purchase rate climbed 22%, customer acquisition cost dropped 31%, and the brand crossed £2M ARR — almost entirely from existing customers.
